On June 12, 2019, the Conference on Quality Supervision of Nonferrous Metals Industrial Construction Project was held in Nanjing. The meeting summarized the quality supervision work of the non-ferrous metal industry in 2018, commended the high-quality projects of the non-ferrous metal industry in 2017-2018, and deployed the main work of the industry construction project quality supervision in 2019 and in the future. Jia Xing, Vice President and Secretary-General of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. More than 180 representatives of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, China Aluminum Industry Group Corporation, State Power Investment Group Corporation, China Nonferrous Group, China Gold Group Corporation, National Nonferrous Supervisory Stations, Construction Units, General Contractors and Construction Units and Supervisory Units attended the meeting.
In his speech, Jia Xing introduced the recent development of the national nonferrous metal industry, affirmed the achievements of the supervision station in the past year, and put forward three requirements for the quality supervision of construction projects: First, we should pay attention to scientific and technological innovation. The facts over the years have proved that the rapid development of China's non-ferrous metal industry can not be separated from the inexhaustible power provided by technological innovation, so we should firmly establish the concept of scientific and technological innovation in our future work. Second, we should pay attention to high-quality development. High-quality development is the basic requirement of economic work, so we should firmly grasp the main line of high-quality development in future work, and gradually occupy the commanding point of industry development. Third, we should pay attention to environmental protection. With the improvement of the national requirements for environmental protection work, the concept of green development has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. "Green water and green hills are Jinshan and Yinshan" has become an inevitable requirement of economic development, so we must pay attention to environmental protection work and make a good fight for environmental protection work.
Zhang Long, deputy director of Science and Technology Department of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, read out the Decision of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association on Recognition of Quality Engineering of China Nonferrous Metals Industry (Ministry Level) in 2017-2018. Thirty-six projects were commended, covering smelting, mining, energy saving and emission reduction, public utilities and overseas projects.
Cai Shengli, deputy stationmaster of the non-ferrous metal industrial construction project quality supervision station, made a work report. The report summarizes the quality supervision work of the non-ferrous metal industry in 2018. It considers that the project quality work of the non-ferrous metal industry in 2018 basically covers the fixed assets projects invested by large and medium-sized state-owned and state-owned holding enterprises. The project quality level of the non-ferrous metal industry has improved steadily as a whole, and the achievements of the industry's high-quality projects and high-quality projects have been remarkable. The report analyses the main factors affecting the further improvement of engineering quality in non-ferrous metals industry at present. First, some construction units have weak quality awareness and non-standard quality behavior. Second, the non-standard market environment has an impact on the improvement of Engineering quality. Third, the construction units have insufficient endogenous power to actively carry out quality improvement.
